How can we help you?
It comes down to your home water and how you will use her. The Aurora 21 and 24 deck boats suit protected lakes, rivers and big-crew day trips. The Meridian 28 and 32 add freeboard, a deeper V and a berth for coastal running and overnighting. The Voyager 36 and 39 are built for open water and extended cruising. Your dealer will match length, beam and power to your slip, your tow vehicle and your crew — and a back-to-back sea trial settles it faster than any spec sheet.
Everything after the brochure: sea trials and demo days, new and brokerage sales, commissioning and handover, warranty registration and claims, scheduled service and winterisation, genuine parts over the counter, and warranty work on propulsion and electrical systems. Find your nearest dealer from the Find your dealer page — every one of them is factory-trained on Northwind hulls and drivetrains.
Every new Northwind hull carries a 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year warranty on factory-fitted systems; engines and drives follow the engine manufacturer’s own terms. Wear items — anodes, impellers, filters, belts and upholstery — are excluded, as is damage from grounding, freezing or missed scheduled service. Call your dealer with your HIN and they will open a claim and confirm coverage before any work starts.
Search by HIN or use Shop by boat and the catalogue filters to the parts that actually fit your hull and model year, down to exploded views of the drivetrain, engine-room ventilation and electrical distribution panel. Order online for counter pickup or direct delivery, or send the list to your dealer to fit. Genuine Northwind parts keep your warranty intact.
In most cases, yes. Gelcoat chips, spider cracks and minor impact damage are routine dealer work. Structural damage to the laminate, stringers or transom is assessed by a factory-approved repairer, who quotes against a survey and confirms whether the repair is economic. Send photographs and your HIN to your dealer to start the assessment.
Boats are sold through the Northwind dealer network. Browse the fleet here, then request a sea trial and your nearest dealer will arrange the water time, quote the build and options you want, and take you through finance and trade-in. Parts, provisions and accessories you can buy directly on this site.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Dealers and trade accounts can check out on account terms once credit is approved — sign in and the option appears at checkout. Boat deposits and build payments are handled by your dealer, not through this site.
Yes. Payments run over an encrypted connection through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. You get an order confirmation by email with a reference you can track from your account.
Yes. Sign in with your business account and every order produces an invoice under your company details, downloadable from Order history. If you need a proforma invoice before you order — common for insurance or refit budgeting — ask your dealer or raise a quote from your cart.
Parts and provisions ship by courier to your address, or free to your Northwind dealer for counter pickup. Bulky items — propellers, distribution panels, seating and tanks — go by freight and we call to book a delivery window. Boats are delivered through your dealer, commissioned and handed over on the water.
A boat already in dealer stock can be commissioned and handed over in one to two weeks. A factory build to your specification typically runs 10 to 16 weeks depending on model and options, and your dealer confirms a build slot in writing when you order. Parts held in the central warehouse ship the same working day when ordered before 15:00 CT.
Standard courier delivery is a flat $12.50, and free on orders over $150 or on delivery to your dealer. Freight items are quoted at checkout by weight and destination. Boat transport is arranged and quoted by your dealer.
Unused parts and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 90 days against the order number. Electrical components, charts and safety equipment with a service life are non-returnable once opened or fitted, and special-order items are non-returnable. Start a return from Order history and an RMA number is issued the same working day.
Every return gets an RMA number. Sign in and open My returns to watch it move from received to inspected to credited — you also get an email at each step. Credits go back to the original payment method, or to your account balance for trade customers.
Yes, as long as every item is listed on an RMA. Raise the return for each order number, then put the RMA paperwork in the box with the parts. Items that arrive without an RMA will delay the whole credit while we identify them.
