Ownership

Your home port, wherever you keep her

Taking delivery of a Northwind is the start of a long relationship with the water — and with the people who built your boat.

Your dealership stays your home port: the same service manager, the same technicians, the same hull file. Behind every dealership stands the factory, and behind the factory stands a parts catalogue that knows your serial number.

That is the whole ownership promise in one sentence. Everything below is the mechanism that keeps it true — the warranty, the parts, the campaigns and the people who run them.

We do not hand a boat over and wish you luck. We hand it over and put your hull number on a list that somebody reads every morning.

At anchor. The relationship that begins at delivery is measured in seasons, not in warranty months.

5-Year Limited Hull Warranty

Hull, deck and structure — warranted for five years from the in-service date and honored at any Northwind dealership. Registered to your hull, transferable with the boat.

Genuine parts, same-day

12,000 certified components matched to your hull by serial number. Ordered through your dealer by 3 PM CT, stocked lines ship the same day from the Gulf Coast.

Recall & service campaigns

Open campaigns reach you before you read about them. Your dealer is notified per hull, parts are allocated first, and the work is warranty-paid — currently open: Engine Compartment Ventilation.

Dealer service network

Three factory-authorized yards from Pensacola to Key West, with your service history attached to the hull — not the ZIP code you happen to be in.

Always within reach

A named salesperson before delivery, a named service advisor after. When you call, someone who knows your boat answers.
